Key Responsibilities

As the Country Operations Head / Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and managing HumanSearch Global's business in your country.

You will personally drive the complete business cycle, including:

- Identify prospective clients and business opportunities
- Conduct cold calling, networking and direct client outreach
- Visit and meet HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruitment Managers and business leaders
- Study the client's business,



industry and workforce requirements
- Understand recruitment, staffing and HR challenges
- Prepare customized presentations and solution proposals
- Present HumanSearch Global's capabilities to prospective clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements
- Complete client tie-ups, contracts and onboarding
- Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into active business
- Generate recruitment, staffing, RPO and HR service requirements
- Coordinate with the backend recruitment and delivery teams
- Monitor candidate sourcing, screening and deployment
- Support contract staffing and workforce deployment activities
- Maintain regular communication and review meetings with clients
- Identify additional business opportunities within existing accounts
- Build long-term client relationships
- Develop the HumanSearch Global brand and market presence locally
- Drive revenue, profitability and overall country-level business growth

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for professionals with:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Recruitment, Staffing or HR Services
- Solid experience in one or more areas such as Recruitment, Executive Search, RPO, Contract Staffing, Temporary Staffing or HR Services
- Experience in client acquisition and B2B business development
- Strong understanding of the local HR and staffing market
- Basic knowledge of country-specific HR processes, employment practices and statutory compliance
- HR qualification or strong practical HR process knowledge preferred
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Ability to independently identify, approach and convert corporate clients




- Existing professional network with HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruitment Heads, Recruitment Managers and business leaders
