Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Recruiter/Sales and Marketing position based in Brampton, ON. The role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles. Other responsibilities include managing client accounts, building and maintaining business relationships,



and promoting company services to attract potential clients and candidates.

Daily tasks also involve collaborating with teams, meeting hiring targets, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Skills in Sales Recruitment and Full-Life Cycle Recruiting
- Experience in Hiring and Account Management
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies is an asset
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet targets
- Familiarity with recruitment trends and local job markets
