Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Red Seal Plumber to join our dynamic team. As a licensed professional, you will play a vital role in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction and maintenance projects. Typically waterline installations from property line to shut off, over seeing compliance for drainage jobs, sewer laterals ect This is not a full time job, It is casual to start with room to become something fulltime and permenant.

Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and building codes
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints and schematics to accurately assemble plumbing components and systems
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting during installation or repair tasks
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper integration of plumbing systems within building frameworks such as carpentry or structural assembly
- Troubleshoot issues using schematic diagrams and mechanical knowledge to identify root causes efficiently
- file permits when required
- Oversee construction crews to maintain compliance.




- Septic pump installations and replacements
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for compliance purposes

Experience

- Valid Red Seal certification as a plumber with proven experience in commercial or industrial settings
- water line repair and installation from 1/2 inch to 2 inch main lines
- backwater valves
- Hands-on experience with plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance procedures
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction-related machinery
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Experience in carpentry or related construction fields is advantageous
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces as needed
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for exact work
