ABA Kids is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to join our team in a full-time leadership capacity as an ABA Team Manager.

This position combines clinical knowledge with hands-on operational and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the ABA team, supporting and supervising Behaviour Therapists/Instructor Therapists, coordinating schedules, maintaining service quality, and ensuring that team practices are consistent with organizational policies and professional standards.

We welcome applications from both experienced and newly registered RBAs. While extensive post-registration experience is not required, candidates must demonstrate approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience within ABA services, including meaningful experience in team leadership, supervision, coordination, or management.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the ABA team and its operations.
- Manage and coordinate staff and client scheduling to support efficient service delivery and appropriate staffing coverage.
- Supervise, support, and provide guidance to Behaviour Therapists and Instructor Therapists.
- Monitor employee performance, professional conduct, attendance, documentation, and adherence to workplace expectations.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, training, and professional support to ABA team members.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of behaviour intervention plans and ABA programming, within the scope of the RBA role.




- Maintain high standards of clinical service, documentation, confidentiality, professionalism, and client care.
- Communicate professionally with clients, parents, caregivers, and families when required, including addressing questions or service-related concerns.
- Assist in resolving staff, scheduling, client, and operational concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
- Work collaboratively with senior management and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, staff development, and organizational initiatives.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and training of new ABA team members.
- Ensure staff comply with ABA Kids policies, procedures, professional expectations, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve team processes, service delivery, staff performance, and overall operational efficiency.
- Perform other leadership, supervisory, clinical, and administrative responsibilities associated with the effective management of the ABA program.

Qualifications

- Current registration as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario is required.




- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience working within ABA services is preferred.
- Previous management, supervisory, team-lead, or significant coordination experience within an ABA setting is required.
- Newly registered/junior RBAs are welcome to apply, provided they possess the required ABA and leadership/management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and support Behaviour Therapists/Instructor Therapists.
- Strong leadership, organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with children, families, caregivers, employees, clinicians, and management.
- Strong judgment and ability to manage sensitive or challenging situations professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinical environment.
- Strong documentation and administrative skills.

Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday

Work Location In person — Ajax, Ontario

Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
