Job title: Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) - Kitchener (and Multiple Locations)

As a franchisor, we also own and operate multiple BloomWell locations across Southern Ontario. This gives us hands-on experience in running centres day to day, and it shapes the support we offer every centre in our network.

The role

We are looking for Registered Early Childhood Educator (Multiple Locations) to lead our [infant / toddler / preschool / kindergarten] program. You will plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences and build strong, trusting relationships with children and families.

Responsibilities

- Plan and implement play-based programming aligned with How Does Learning Happen? and the BloomWell curriculum
- Observe, document, and communicate each child's development and progress
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom
- Communicate regularly and respectfully with parents and guardians
- Guide and collaborate withECEs, ECAs and other team members
- Coordinate with head office on operations, compliance, training, and administrative matters




- Follow all requirements of the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 and centre policies, and complete required compliance documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and career development
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including attendance, reporting, and record-keeping

Qualifications

- Current, active registration in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- Experience in licensed child care
- Warm, dependable, and team-oriented
