Kinesiologist – In-Home Wellness Services

Progress Plus is a growing in-home medical wellness company providing personalized wellness, mobility, strength, and functional movement services directly in clients’ homes.

We are looking for a Kinesiologist who is passionate about helping people improve their movement, strength, mobility, and overall quality of life.

This is an in-home position, meaning you will travel to clients’ homes to provide personalized sessions based on their individual needs and goals.

Position: Kinesiologist

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time

Location: Various locations across the GTA

Work Setting: In-home client visits

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

- Provide personalized in-home kinesiology and movement sessions
- Assess clients’ movement, mobility, strength, and functional abilities within your professional scope
- Develop and deliver individualized exercise and movement programs
- Work with clients who may have mobility limitations, chronic conditions, injuries, or age-related movement challenges
- Help clients improve strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and functional independence
- Modify exercises based on each client’s abilities and progress
- Monitor client progress and communicate relevant observations to the Progress Plus team
- Maintain accurate and professional client documentation
- Provide a safe, respectful, and professional experience during every home visit
- Follow all Progress Plus safety, privacy, and professional standards

Requirements




- Valid Kinesiology degree/education and applicable professional credentials
- Valid skilled license/registration where required for your scope of practice
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Reliable personal vehicle – this is required because services are provided in clients’ homes
- Valid insurance and documentation required for business-related driving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Ability to travel to multiple client locations
- Experience working with older adults, individuals with mobility limitations, injuries, or chronic conditions is an asset
