Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
- Assess clients’ health history and current conditions to develop customized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain treatment procedures clearly
- Stay current with industry best practices,

Qualifications

- Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist from the appropriate regulatory body
- Robust knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and therapy techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Superior communication skills for explaining treatments, answering questions, and providing guidance
- Previous experience in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred but not required; training provided for new graduates
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional demeanor in a team environment
