Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from stress through therapeutic massage techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of various massage modalities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to tailor treatments to their individual needs.

Duties

- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage to meet client needs.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment plans based on their individual health goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.




- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Requirements

- Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy.
- Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding of client needs and treatment plans.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $55.00-$90.00 per hour
