Location: Dunbar Area, Vancouver, BC

Schedule: 2 Days per Week

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered NCS/EMG Technologist to join our neurology practice on a part-time basis in Vancouver’s Dunbar neighbourhood. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of medical terminology. This position offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to contribute to patient care in a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare patients for nerve conduction and electromyography procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process
- Perform Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) and Electromyography (EMG) testing
- Work collaboratively with the physician and clinic staff to provide high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to skilled standards

Qualifications





- Registration and certification as an NCS/EMG Technologist is required
- Strong clinical and patient communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinical setting while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to neuromuscular testing is essential

Compensation & Advantages

- Competitive hourly wage: $50–$60/hour, depending on experience
- Health Spending Account (HSA) available after 6 months of employment
