Duties

- Provide personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
- Assess clients’ health histories and discuss their wellness goals to develop effective treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance ongoing wellness.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and equipment sterilization procedures.
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment processes, benefits,



and any contraindications or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care.

Requirements

- Valid registration and licensing as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Robust knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters client trust and satisfaction.
- Ability to assess client needs accurately and adapt techniques accordingly for optimal results.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary.
