Responsibilities

- Deliver customized massage therapy treatments based on client needs and preferences, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and discuss goals effectively
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on self-care techniques, stretching routines, and wellness practices to enhance their results
- Follow all hygiene, safety,



and sanitation protocols in accordance with licensing standards and best practices
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
- Stay informed about new massage techniques, industry trends, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and massage therapy techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters client trust and loyalty
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures, address client concerns, and collaborate with team members

Pay: $38.96-$101.51 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
