Health invites applications for a full-time Registered Practical Nurse to serve in the Acute Inpatient Medicine Program. This permanent position requires a compassionate individual with at least one year of acute care experience. You'll leverage your nursing education to enhance patient experiences and outcomes in a hospital recognized for its advanced healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out stipulated nursing duties diligently
- Engage in patient health teaching and emotional support
- Document and manage patient health information
- Implement intravenous therapies and wound care
- Follow the hospital code of conduct strictly Requirements:
- Completion of a recognized RPN program
- Active RPN license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 1 year of acute clinical experience preferred
- Hold a valid BCLS certification
