Take charge of compliance governance at Tru Cooperative Bank as the Compliance Governance Manager. Lead efforts for regulatory adherence and oversight to promote a strong compliance culture within the organization. Reporting to the Director of Compliance & Member Advocacy, you will implement the Regulatory Compliance Management Framework, developing policies and controls for effective compliance risk management.
This independent role ensures that compliance practices align with regulatory expectations and supports a collaborative setting across all business functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Regulatory Compliance Management Framework implementation
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance strategies
- Execute oversight functions for compliance management practices
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Assist in supporting the Member Advocacy and Privacy programs Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, risk management or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance roles
- Understanding of federal financial regulations and laws
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to foster collaborative practices organization-wide Champion compliance governance and enhance risk management at Tru Cooperative Bank.
