Rehabilitation Worker I Hart Hub (night Awake) Smiths Falls

Smiths Falls, ON (travel to Brockville HART Hub site may be required on occasion) Full time $25.75/hour - $27.01/hour Competition 2026-63

Qualifications & Requirements

Qualifications:

- Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with a minimum 2-year degree/diploma in a health-related field such as Social Service Worker, Mental Health and Addiction Worker, Child and Youth Worker

- Two years’ experience working in a health-related field is preferred. Internal applicants will be considered before external applicants. We thank all applicants for their expressed interest; however, only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.

- Current CPR and First Aid is required.

- Valid Ontario Driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.

- Valid vehicle insurance with liability of $2,000,000 minimum.

- Demonstrated crisis intervention skills/experience.

- Ability to work within the Mental Health Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act, Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care guidelines, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Practitioner’s Code of Ethics, Best Practices, LLGAMH program standards
