The public relations officer's tasks will include:

- Contact manufacturers, municipalities and educational institutions by telephone to schedule interviews with our service company clients;
- Maintain a close follow-up.
- To ensure statistical reporting.




- Working with the LinkedIn platform in managing client profiles.
- Transmit and coordinate the sending of newsletters.
- Write newsletters.
- Possibly coordinate a small team.
- Administration and management
- Perform other related tasks.

The person who will fill this position must absolutely :
- Be a resident of Calgary or its immediate region.
- Owning a car, if necessary.

- Having a diploma in secretarial studies is an asset.
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (important).
- Be comfortable with telephone prospecting.
- Possess a minimum of 6 months' experience in telephone prospecting.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn platforms and Google applications.
- Familiarity with the Canva platform is an asset.
- Be a resident of Canada.
- To be able to work independently.
