About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Industrial Engineer to serve as a Continuous Improvement Specialist . This fully remote position allows you to drive significant operational enhancements from anywhere, focusing on implementing Lean methodologies and fostering a culture of ongoing improvement across the organization. You will analyze processes, develop strategic improvement plans, and guide teams virtually through change initiatives. This role is perfect for a self-motivated engineer who excels in remote collaboration, possesses solid analytical skills, and is passionate about achieving measurable efficiency gains through innovative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive continuous improvement programs using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze complex operational processes across different departments to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Develop and document best practices, standard operating procedures, and training materials for virtual rollout.
- Facilitate remote workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions to engage stakeholders and drive change.
- Utilize data analytics, simulation, and performance metrics to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.




- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and management in a remote setting to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and Lean implementation.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke) and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead change initiatives in a remote environment.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
