Research & Development Engineer or Chemical Engineer

Who We Need:

- Curious, hands-on engineer eager to explore new technologies and processes
- Team-oriented spirit to partner with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mind to tackle complex challenges and drive R&D;
- Self-directed problem-solver comfortable working from concept through prototype

Must-Haves:

- Engineering degree with a specialty in Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, or Chemical Engineering
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is a plus
- Experience in refrigeration, food processing, or related industries

Your Impact:

- Design, plan, and execute R&D; experiments, including data collection and analysis
- Develop and test new refrigeration concepts, from bench-scale trials through pilot production
- Craft and execute project plans, PFD's,



P&ID;'s, and support equipment procurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance to bring new technologies to market
- Navigate industry standards and government regulations with ease
- Document findings and present results to guide future development
