Duties

- Support residents with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility to foster independence and dignity
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met and mealtime is a pleasant experience
- Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
- Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging residents in activities that promote mental well-being
- Maintain cleanliness of the living environment through routine cleaning and organization of communal areas and personal spaces
- Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behavior promptly to the care team




- Assist with activities related to dementia care and support individuals with disabilities to enhance their quality of life

Experience

- Previous assisted living or nursing home experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with senior care routines
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in dementia care settings is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols ensures safe and effective support for residents
- Strong caregiving background, including home care or caregiving roles, showcases your ability to provide compassionate assistance
- Ability to perform light cleaning, meal preparation, and basic household tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude are essential for collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $27.53-$31.57 per hour
