We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Resident/registered Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients across various settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics. Duties

- Assess patients’ physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including medical history and functional assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and recovery goals
- Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, electrotherapy, and mobility training
- Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses,



and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations

Experience

- Prior hospital experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with acute care environments and rapid-paced workflows
- Experience working with pediatric patients is advantageous, showcasing versatility across age groups
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare settings
- Proven ability to deliver patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism
- Knowledge of current physiotherapy techniques and evidence-based practices in rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members
