Residential Kleaner: Fredericton, New Brunswick

Starting rate: $18 per hour to start, with the opportunity to earn $20 per hour within three months

At Top Knot Klean, we believe residential service is meaningful work. Every home we care for gives a family more time and breathing room, while giving our Kleaners the opportunity to work independently, build a dependable daytime schedule and feel proud of the difference they make.

As a Residential Kleaner, you will care for client homes while following the structure of the KLEAN System. Training, feedback and ongoing support are provided to help you work confidently, efficiently and consistently.

This is an appointment-based service. Our clients depend on routine appointments, making reliable attendance and consistency essential. Once an appointment is assigned to your schedule, we require a commitment to maintaining it.

We are currently hiring for Monday, Thursday and Friday, with the opportunity to add more shifts as independence develops.

Requirements

- Your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
- Consistent availability on Monday, Thursday and Friday




- Dependable attendance and commitment to routine client appointments
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow an established system
- Comfortable working independently in client homes and around dogs of all sizes
- Ability to complete a criminal record check
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, use stairs, carry supplies and remain active throughout the day
