Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and tidiness
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order for each appointment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Maintain a schedule to complete assigned cleaning tasks promptly while managing your time effectively
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients




- Provide friendly customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients professionally

Skills

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day
- Excellent time management abilities to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled windows
- Experience in residential cleaning or related hospitality roles preferred but not required
- Basic cooking skills are a bonus for assisting with light meal or snack preparations when needed
- Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Ability to handle laundry tasks meticulously while maintaining attention to detail
