We’re looking for an experienced residential window and door installer who takes pride in their workmanship, treats customers and their homes with respect, and works well as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

- Remove and install residential windows, entrance doors and patio doors
- Complete full-frame and retrofit installations
- Install interior and exterior trim, flashing, insulation and sealants
- Identify and communicate unexpected issues found during removal
- Protect customers’ homes and keep work areas clean and organized
- Repairs such as IGU and hardware replacement, rescreens
- Load, unload and handle windows, doors, tools and materials safely
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and other members of the crew

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum four years of residential window and door installation experience
- Strong finishing skills and attention to detail
- Strong aluminum capping skills




- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Reliable, punctual and able to maintain a positive attitude
- Comfortable working from ladders and lifting heavy windows and doors
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Working at Heights certification is an asset
- Good communication skills and a professional manner around customers

We’re not looking for someone who just wants to get installations done as quickly as possible. We want someone who understands that a good window is only as good as the installation and takes genuine pride in doing the job properly.
