Residential Manager

Andiamo Electric is hiring a Residential Manager to own our residential electrical work from first inquiry through quoting, scheduling, job support, close-out, and financial review.

You’ll price work accurately, keep documentation and communication tight with homeowners and builders, watch job profitability, hire and manage field staff, and keep improving how the residential side runs.

What you’ll do

- Respond to residential leads and prepare quotes for new construction, service, upgrades, panel changes, and extras
- Redline drawings, build material lists, and set jobs up in Knowify
- Schedule work and keep homeowners, builders, and the field aligned
- Review time, materials, and completed jobs for profitability
- Handle customer follow-ups and escalations
- Direct the Residential Assistant and lead hiring and performance management for field staff
- Improve residential processes and work closely with operations, commercial, service, and warranty

What we’re looking for





- Robust working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) for residential work in Alberta
- Ability to quote accurately, stay organized, and communicate clearly
- Comfort leading people and owning a workflow from lead to close-out
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
- Knowify experience is an asset

Assets

- Alberta Journeyman or Master Electrician ticket
- Education in electrical engineering or engineering technology

Hours, pay, and benefits

- 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed
