Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience.
- Conduct product information about features to encourage customer engagement.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism,



demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, adhering to store policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for engaging customers.
