`Job Summary` We are seeking a self motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their purchasing decisions. Other responsibilities include the completion of Wholesale orders for shipping.

Sheduled days may include Monday to Saturday with Sunday and one other day off. Shifts will be in accordance the needs of the business. No late evening or overnight.

`Duties`

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized store front
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve positive customer experiences
- Completion of Wholesale orders for shipping and slicing the bread





`Skills` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product information to customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base
- Strong sales skills to promote products
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked store front
- Cashiering skills, including basic math proficiency, for accurate transaction processing
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient checkout process
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
