Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect fit, with a focus on plus-size and specialty sizing.
- Steam clothing and ensure merchandise is beautifully presented.
- Unpack and lift boxes (up to 50 lbs.) to keep inventory organized and fresh.
- Merchandise and display products to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Clean and polish jewelry, dust shelves, and maintain a tidy store environment.
- Process transactions at checkout and assist with filling online orders.
- Package and mail out orders promptly and efficiently.
- Work flexible schedule, including weekends.

What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude with great communication skills.
- Knowledge of or experience in selling or wearing plus-size clothing or specialty sizing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

- Ability to remain cool and efficient in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a great attitude towards customers.
- Familiarity with iOS and app-based commerce.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues such as Bluetooth and printer connections.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive and inclusive shopping experience.

Compensation: Pay starts at $20/hour, depending on experience. Clothing discounts, bonuses.
