As an In-Store Tech Associate, you'll be the friendly face guiding customers through their skincare and tech journey. Your enthusiasm for skincare and innovative beauty technology will inspire shoppers and create memorable experiences that keep them coming back.

Using your communication skills and passion for retail, you'll drive sales through personalized recommendations, hands-on demos, and exceptional customer service. This is a paid position (full-time and part-time available) and a great opportunity to grow your sales and product expertise in a lively, fast-paced environment. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend the right skincare and tech products.
- Conduct engaging product demos and walk customers through key features and benefits.
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and checkout.
- Assist customers at the front desk with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Upsell complementary products based on each customer's preferences and skin goals.




- Maintain clean, organized displays that highlight new arrivals and promotions.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and keep the sales floor inviting and well-presented.
- Communicate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth store operations.
- Take part in product and sales training to keep your knowledge up to date.

Requirements

- A robust customer focus and a genuine drive to hit sales goals.
- A good work ethic and reliability.
- A genuine interest in skincare and technology.
- Strong communication skills and confidence explaining products.
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is an asset (but not required).
- Comfort with POS systems, basic cash handling, and simple math.
- Bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus for connecting with our diverse customers.
