As a Retail Sales Representative, your day will revolve around conversations — meeting new customers, introducing featured consumer products, answering questions, and helping people discover options that could make everyday life a little easier.

What Your Day Looks Like

- Start conversations and connect with a wide range of customers throughout the day
- Introduce featured products and help customers understand what makes them useful
- Ask questions, learn what matters to each customer, and recommend options that make sense for them
- Explain product features, benefits, and current offers in a clear and approachable way
- Answer questions and help turn genuine interest into sales

You'll work from an assigned partner retail location during your shift, giving you the chance to focus on the customers and conversations happening in front of you. The best results in this role start with a natural ability to connect with people, a willingness to learn, and the support of our dedicated management team.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, promotions, sales, or another people-focused environment is an asset, but not required. You'll receive hands-on product training, ongoing coaching, and support as you learn the role and develop your own approach.
