The ideal candidate loves working with guests in one on one settings and in large groups, has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn the industry/our products, and is a true team player. The basis of this role revolves around an engaging sales envoirnment where our consultants host, educate and promote our wines.

With a focus on guest experience, the chosen candidate will also be expected to introduce guests to our Bella Terra Wine Club, utilize current sales/promotions, and sell our estate grown products.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner
- Pour wine tastings and provide recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
