Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that match their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience
- Support sales efforts through upselling and suggestive selling techniques to maximize store revenue
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks, including cashiering, restocking, and assisting customers simultaneously

Skills





- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales, with a knack for explaining product features clearly
- Robust communication skills and phone etiquette for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and organizational skills to keep displays appealing and stocked
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail in cashiering and product presentation
