Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical sales to help them make informed decisions
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of various items, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight current promotions and new arrivals
- Manage inventory levels through merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure product availability
- Handle phone inquiries professionally,



providing information about products and store services while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued for engaging with diverse customer groups
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise as needed
- Familiarity with merchandising, cashiering, and upselling techniques enhances success in this role
