Skills Required

- IT Analyst will support the Senior Manager – IT Risk and the IT Risk team in ensuring IT Risk, compliance and IT Risk framework is adhered to.
- The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and data consolidation activities that are critical to compliance management and executive decision-making.
- This role focuses on providing timely, accurate reporting to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), tracking findings and issues, and supporting the overall compliance framework.
- The position is essential in enabling the IT Risk team to maintain high compliance standards and promote a Risk Management Culture throughout Caribbean Technology.
- To provide comprehensive monitoring, reporting, and data management support to the IT Risk team by compiling compliance data, generating SLT reports, tracking findings and issues, and ensuring accuracy of information across enterprise risk systems.
- To serve as the primary data consolidation resource that enables leadership to make informed decisions on IT Risk, Audit,



and Compliance matters across Caribbean Technology Applications.

Monitoring and Reporting

- Weekly monitoring of IT Key Risk Indicators (KRI) data compilation and trend analysis.
- Weekly compilation of compliance and risk reporting data across all IT Risk functional areas.
- Supports preparation of weekly SLT reporting packages including KRI updates, compliance status, and key metrics.
- Monitoring of IT environments (Server TSS, Database compliance, IAM, DAP, NPIDs).
- Tracking and reporting on production readiness, DR testing status, and SSL certificate currency.
- Generation of monthly compliance trends and variance analysis reports.
- Ad-hoc report generation and data extraction as required by management.
- Maintenance and update of compliance tracking spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Risk Register, RCSA, Controls.....
- Supporting. enhanced monitoring of controls.
