We are looking for an experienced Roofing Service Foreman to lead our service crew completing commercial roof repairs, maintenance, inspections, and leak investigations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a small roofing service crew.
- Diagnose roof leaks and determine appropriate repairs.
- Complete repairs on commercial roofing systems, including Mod Bit, TPO, and EPDM.
- Coordinate daily service calls, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Take before-and-after photos and document work completed.
- Communicate professionally with customers and the office.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized service truck and jobsite.
Qualifications
- Commercial roofing experience required.
- Previous foreman or service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of roof repairs and leak investigation.
- Ability to lead a crew and work independently.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Fall protection and other safety certifications are considered an asset.
- Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding work.
Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
