Job Summary

This role supports commercial roofing projects through installation, repair, maintenance, and safe job-site execution.

Responsibilities

- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work documents to understand project requirements.
- Provide cost estimates for Roofing of industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings including all the necessary materials required in the construction process.
- Prepare and present detailed bid proposals to commercial clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with Clients, Branch Manager, Project Foremen and Crews, and other applicable stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

- 1-3 years experience in trades specialty or building envelope estimation
- Attention to detail, solid communication skills




- Knowledge in the safe use of fall protection equipment and PPE
- Travel to the site, and off-site locations will be required.
