Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and energetic Salad Artist to join our culinary team. In this role, you’ll be the master of fresh, colorful salads that delight our guests’ senses. You’ll bring your passion for food preparation and presentation to craft beautiful salads that are as tasty as they are visually appealing. Duties

- Prepare a variety of salads using fresh ingredients according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation practices meet safety regulations to maintain high-quality standards.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the salad station and kitchen area.




- Support team members in serving salads efficiently during busy service hours.
- Manage portion control and food safety protocols while preparing ingredients.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environment preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation, and proper handling techniques.
- Robust time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for portioning ingredients and cash handling if needed.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but not required.
- A team-oriented attitude with a passion for creating visually appealing salads that wow our guests.
