4. IoT Logistics Inc., operating as an independent agency under Armstrong Transport Group LLC, is expanding and seeking a high‑performing Freight Agent to join our team. This role is designed for serious professionals who want to build a profitable book of business with full operational support, industry‑leading resources, and a compensation structure that rewards performance.

6. Compensation and Performance Incentives
7. 50/50 commission split on all gross profit
8. Monthly commission payouts
9. Annual performance bonus of $100,000-$200,000 paid tax free upon achieving $500,000-$750,000 in gross profit by the end of month 12
10. $5,000 annual tuition reimbursement if you want to get a CCS, CCLP or P.Log
11. Full medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance provided
12. Remote work with complete operational autonomy
13. 24/7 support from IoT Logistics Inc. and Armstrong Transport Group
14. Sales leads provided
15. Assistance with quoting, carrier sourcing, claims management, and operations
16. The ESA act only requires severance of 1 week per year of service, we believe in paying well above that and will give you $3500 for 1 month for each year of service. So if you leave in year 5 I will happily write you a check for $17,500.
17. $500-$750 monthly car allowance after 120 days.

19. Existing book of business or completion of a freight broker bootcamp
20. Freight broker bootcamp cost ranges from $100 to $300 and provides a certificate upon completion

24. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Failure results in automatic disqualification
25. Must have your own laptop, cell phone, and internet. These items are not reimbursed
26. Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer and carrier relationships
27. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
28. Understanding of freight operations, quoting, dispatching, and margin management
