Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays that maximize sales potential
- Upsell complementary products and services to increase sales revenue while meeting customer needs
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are well-organized for easy access
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
- Support basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and pricing adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance




- Handle cashier responsibilities including cash handling, processing returns, and balancing registers at shift end

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles; experience in technology or electronics sales is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English and Mandarin enhances communication with diverse customers
- Demonstrated technical sales experience with the ability to perform product demos effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and daily tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating discounts or totals
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service
- Friendly phone etiquette skills for engaging customers remotely or over the phone
