What You'll Do

- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey.
- Greet customers and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication.
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, benefits, and available options.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using dealership systems.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless ownership experience.
- Stay current on Mazda products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with team members across Sales, Finance, Service, and Parts departments to provide exceptional customer service.
- Consistently work toward achieving individual and dealership sales objectives.

What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications

- Automotive sales experience is preferred.
- OMVIC License is considered an asset.
