We’re looking for a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help drive revenue growth. In this role, you’ll assist with lead management, customer communication, sales documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the sales process running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Answering calls and taking customer order
- Prepare quotes for customers
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Perform general administrative tasks related to sales operations
- Assisting in warehouse when required, picking orders/putting away stock

Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles




- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience with micro soft dynamics
- Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

- Experience with livestock equipment
- Prior inside sales or call center experience
