Play It Again Sports Hamilton is a leading sporting goods retail store specializing in current and quality used equipment for hockey, skiing, snowboarding, golf, baseball, soccer, racquet sports, cycling and more. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service while helping individuals and families participate in the sports they love more affordably and sustainably.

Now owned by a local sports family with deep roots in Hamilton, the store is beginning an exciting next chapter. We’re expanding our team and looking for people who want to grow with us.

In particular, we're seeking those with a genuine interest in community, helping others and a passion for sports. Whether that comes from playing, coaching, parenting or simply being an enthusiast, what matters is creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

We’re hiring for both entry-level sales associate and experienced keyholder positions, with part-time and full-time opportunities available. We’re particularly interested in candidates with evening and weekend availability.

What you’ll do

- Learn about the sports, products and services offered in our store
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Buy and sell new and quality used sports equipment
- Process purchases and trade-ins quickly and accurately
- Receive, price, organize and merchandise inventory
- Help keep the sales floor, equipment and work areas clean and organized
- Contribute wherever needed as part of a small, collaborative team
- Support opening and closing responsibilities where applicable




- Assist with additional store services and responsibilities as training is completed

- Previous keyholder, supervisory or leadership experience is required for keyholder candidates.
