Studio Belle Atelier in Calgary Alberta is seeking a SUPERSTAR for our Client Concierge and Intake. Our work literally changes people’s lives for the better and we’re growing so fast because of it. We’ve got the best job in town and we’re looking for a very special person to join us. We are hiring a confident, motivated Part-Time Sales Agent to join our all-female team.

This is a true sales position- not an administrative, customer-service, or social media role. You will speak with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our photography experiences and guide them toward booking a session.

Our studio specializes in luxury women’s portraits, boudoir, children, families, pets and other custom photography experiences. We need someone who can connect quickly, communicate value, confidently ask for the booking, and consistently meet performance expectations.

Position Details

- Hybrid Position (in-person and work from home)
- Approximately 20-25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Phone-based sales and follow-up
- Performance measured through clear sales KPIs
- Ongoing coaching, scripts, and sales training provided
- Responsibilities
- Call, text, and follow up with warm leads
- Build rapport and identify what motivates each potential client
- Clearly explain our photography experiences, booking process, and pricing expectations
- Confidently overcome objections and ask clients to reserve their session
- Maintain consistent follow-up with undecided leads
- Accurately document conversations and lead activity
- Meet required call volume, booking, follow-up, and conversion goals
- Represent our studio with warmth, energy, professionalism, and confidence

- Have robust spoken and written English skills
- Previous sales, appointment-setting, call-center experience is strongly preferred. Photography experience is not required.

- Prefer communicating only through text or email
- Do not enjoy sales or asking for the booking
- Struggle with follow-up, rejection, or performance goals
- Are looking for flexible hours that change from week to week
- Cannot commit to consistent afternoon and early evening availability
