Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and perks, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and stocked according to company standards
- Offer technical support by explaining product functionalities and answering customer questions clearly and confidently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor,



ensuring products are properly labeled and accessible
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products, store hours, or services as needed

Requirements

- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is advantageous, especially with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey product details and build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
- Excellent organizational skills to keep the sales area tidy and well-stocked
- Ability to perform product demos confidently, demonstrating technical features when necessary
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards
