Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Consultant role based at Southview Acura in Edmonton, AB. The Sales Consultant will assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, including greeting visitors, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, and conducting test drives.

Responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, outlining financing and lease options in collaboration with the finance team, and preparing sales proposals and contracts. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Acura models, pricing, promotions, and inventory,



as well as following up with prospective and existing customers to support long-term relationships and repeat business.

The Sales

Consultant will also help ensure the showroom is welcoming, organized, and aligned with dealership standards for customer service and professional presentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting skills, including needs analysis, product presentation, and closing techniques.
- Candidates should possess a commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to guide customers through options, financial solutions, and vehicle selection with transparency.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Comfort with basic computer systems and CRM tools for managing customer information and sales activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
