Experienced Sales Representative (Home Comfort Advisor - HVAC Sales)

You already know how to close. We’re hiring the person who can prove it.

GreenPump Energy is hiring an experienced HVAC, heat-pump, solar, gutter or high value in-home salesperson. We are looking for someone used to closing clients on high-ticket items the first contact.

Appointments are pre-qualified, pre-scheduled and provided. We have a surplus of leads and are looking for a new closer. You will go to the qualified homes, present ducted and ductless heat-pump options, offer rebates and financing, handle objections and close.

We give you all the tools, scripts and leads. You? You close five a week and you make over $100k. It’s that simple.

The offer:

- $100,000–$180,000 per year, performance-based (note: These are based on what our actual sales reps make annually!)
- No income ceiling. Uncapped commissions
- Appointments and leads booked for you, daily
- We take care of all the paperwork after you close

- Full-time, in-person position in Nova Scotia

The standard:





- Minimum 2 year closing in home product sales, or similar field
- Residing in Nova Scotia
- Strong presentation and objection-handling skills
- Consistent close ratio and accurate CRM use
- Ability to work independently
