Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Estimator to join our residential HVAC team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive project estimates, collaborating closely with clients, our project coordinator, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise will help drive business growth by delivering exact pricing strategies and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Travel to residential homes to complete HVAC estimates and consultations.
- Assess homeowner needs and recommend appropriate heat pump solutions.
- Prepare accurate, detailed quotes based on the home, equipment requirements, and scope of work.
- Stay up to date on current heat pump rebates and incentives and apply them accurately when applicable.
- Clearly explain equipment options, pricing, rebates, and project details to homeowners.
- Take thorough photos, measurements, notes,



and site details for each project.
- Identify potential installation challenges and communicate them clearly.
- Ensure all project information is accurate and complete for the project coordinator and installation team.
- Maintain a professional, knowledgeable, and positive customer experience.

Qualifications
- Experience in residential HVAC, heat pumps, estimating, sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of residential heating and cooling systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
- Comfortable using tablets, phones, estimating software, and other digital tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $60,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
