We are looking for a friendly, confident and motivated Sales Estimator to join our team selling our Glo Pro Permanent Outdoor Lighting systems.

This is a hands-on sales position that combines door-to-door lead generation, in-person estimates, product demonstrations and sales. We are looking for someone who is comfortable approaching homeowners, talking with customers face-to-face and turning interest into booked installations.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work in neighbourhoods where our installation crews are already completing projects and introduce our permanent lighting systems to nearby homeowners.

Your responsibilities will include

- Going door-to-door in targeted neighbourhoods where our crews are currently working
- Generating new customer interest and qualified leads
- Speaking with homeowners about permanent outdoor lighting
- Providing information on our Glo Pro lighting systems and available options
- Conducting in-person product demonstrations
- Measuring homes and preparing estimates
- Following up with interested customers
- Helping customers choose lighting layouts and options
- Closing sales and booking installations
- Representing our company in a friendly and professional manner

- Professional, reliable and organized
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to learn our products and confidently demonstrate them
- Comfortable working outdoors and travelling between nearby neighbourhoods
- Experienced in sales, estimating, home services or door-to-door sales is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
- Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Compensation

Hourly wage + commission

This position offers the security of an hourly wage with additional earning potential through commission on sales.

The right candidate will have the chance to earn significantly more by generating leads, completing estimates and closing permanent lighting projects.

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical documents.
- Effective communication skills to clearly present estimates and negotiate terms confidently.
