Novo Blinds is a Canadian manufacturer of custom window coverings for homes, workplaces and commercial projects. Join Novo Blinds in Surrey in a full time, permanent, in-person sales role serving Metro Vancouver. You’ll handle a balanced mix of residential and commercial sales, helping homeowners and business clients choose the right window coverings.

What you’ll do

- Develop new business through prospecting and respond to inquiries from homeowners and commercial clients.
- Lead consultations, understand customer needs, explain product options and prepare accurate quotes.
- Follow up, close sales and keep customer notes, appointments and next steps current.
- Provide occasional hands-on measuring and installation help during the initial period, with training provided. Sales remains the main focus.

What we’re looking for

- At least four years of relevant sales experience involving prospecting, quotes, follow-up and closing. Consultative residential, showroom and project sales qualify when they include these responsibilities; retail transactions or customer service alone do not.




- Window-covering experience is a strong asset. Commercial or home-improvement sales experience is also relevant.
- Technically minded and comfortable with measurements, product specifications, spreadsheets and digital quoting tools.
- Quick to learn new systems and comfortable using automation and AI-assisted tools to work more efficiently, while checking accuracy and protecting customer information.
- Clear communication with homeowners and business clients, and the ability to manage your work independently.
- A valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to appointments and job sites across Metro Vancouver.
