หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for on-event and on-premise channels to achieve company targets.
- Identify growth opportunities, key accounts, and potential partnerships to strengthen market presence.
- Plan and execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and event activations to drive sales performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve short- and long-term business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the on-premise and event sectors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing,



and promotional agreements to ensure profitability.
- Oversee performance monitoring, sales forecasting, and reporting.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and execution.
- Provide direction, coaching, and performance management to the sales team.
- Establish KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in team effectiveness and efficiency.

คุณสมบัติ

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in On-Premise, On-Trade and B2C channel management, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or lifestyle industry.
- Solid negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to travel domestically
