You will handle appointment scheduling, cleaning and maintaining the salon, and social media with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Manage appointment bookings and cancellations efficiently using salon management software or POS systems
- Answer phone calls promptly with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and scheduling appointments
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Promote salon services, products
- Coordinate with stylists and staff to ensure timely service delivery and smooth daily operations




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, merchandising retail products
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding services
- Tidying, cleaning and maintaining salon areas
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and solid interpersonal skills to connect with clients confidently
- Experience or interest in technology sales or retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory
