We are seeking a highly organized and personable Salon Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the front-line representative of our salon, managing appointments, supporting staff, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role requires excellent administrative skills, strong customer service abilities, and proficiency with various office software.

The Salon

Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining productive daily operations and fostering a welcoming setting for clients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate daily salon operations using booking software.
- Greet clients professionally upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support.
- Maintain accurate records, and updating client information.




- Support front desk activities including managing appointment confirmations and cancellations.
- Ensure the salon environment remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client service.

Qualifications

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping.
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding mathematical skills

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
